The Aquatic Lily

According to a legend, the water lily was once a star that fell from the sky onto the water and changed into a flower. They have been cultivated as an ornamental plant for more than 3000 years. Just as the water lily symbolises new spirit and new wishes, these water plants are optimistic symbols of delight and happiness. The water lily is also considered a symbol of purity, spontaneous generation and divine birth.
